The Lotto Geek finally experienced success in last week’s 49’s predictions, but there’s still a long, long, long way to go until he can catch the Lotto Guru.
So, did the Geek keep his momentum going this past week or has he fallen further behind once again? Let’s find out...
Last Week’s 49’s Results & Predictions Round-Up
The Guru hoped to get back to winning ways with some Wimbledon-inspired 49’s predictions last week, leading her to the numbers: 1 – 2 – 7 – 15 – 16 – 24.
The Geek’s first taste of success was enough to get him to stick to the same “winning” formula of selecting the 49’s most overdue numbers, which were 9 – 29 – 33 – 37 – 39 – 43.
So, who’s predictions were best?
Let’s take a look at last week’s 49’s lunchtime results to find out:

This Week’s Lunchtime 49’s Predictions
What the Lotto Guru Says:
Huh. Well, lightning does strike twice I guess. But no matter, I’ve proven myself to be the grand master of 49’s number predictions, there’s no need to panic now.
I’ll back to winning ways in week 8 – mark my words.
And after a stunning finale to both Wimbledon and the Cricket World Cup, I’ll be enjoying stages 10 to 15 of the Tour de France this week.
It’s also an epic week for birthdays. The 18 July is especially impressive, with the Nelson Mandela, Richard Branson, Hunter S. Thompson and Vin Diesel all sharing a birthday. Elsewhere, the epically named – and epically talented – Benedict Cumberbatch will be turning 43, while Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale will be turning 30!
So, my lucky 49’s numbers this week are:
8 10 15 18 30 43What the Lotto Geek Says:
Maths always prevails. Always.
Watch out, Guru – I’m coming for you!
There’s no need to change a winning formula, so this week’s most overdue 49’s lunchtime numbers are:
16 22 29 33 36 44Who are you backing this week? The Guru or the Geek?
