In our first edition of 49’s predictions, there was a big upset as the Lotto ‘Guru’ destroyed the Lotto ‘Geek’s’ statistical predictions, beating them by eight correct predictions to just four. The big question, though, is was it a fluke, or does the ‘Guru’ know something that the ‘Geek’ doesn’t?

We’ll get a better idea this week...

Last Week’s 49’s Results & Predictions Round-Up

The Lotto Guru picked their numbers based on gut and the week’s affairs, including big sporting events and a few celebrity birthdays. This led the Guru to predict the following numbers for last week: 4 – 13 – 22 – 31 – 37 – 44.

The Geek was livid after being humiliated last week though and vowed to get revenge – and without changing their system at all. The Geek was convinced that the Guru just got lucky and continued to pick the 49’s coldest numbers, which were: 7 - 12 – 22 – 36 – 38 – 43.

Because we have... and it was ANOTHER landslide!

Last week’s 49’s lotto predictions winner was… the Lotto GURU! The Guru once again struck gold with their predictions, beating the Geek comfortable by a score of 7 to 3!

44 was again very lucky for the Guru appearing twice, but it was the Harry Kane-inspired 37 which really swung it, appearing no less than three times!

But I’m not one to boast... the champ does what they want. Here’s my next predictions. Doubters beware!

Here we go...

Birthday’s have been doing well for me, and there’s 2 of them to celebrate in the Olsen household as the loveable twins turn 32 this week, which seems surreal. And, of course, Mo Salah will be enjoying his summer break from football more than most after guiding Liverpool to the Champions League title shortly before he turns 27. Festival season is also here, with the Isle of Wight Festival going off from the 13 to 16 June. Sadly, though, it looks as if it will be a true British summer festival… with 4 days of rain forecast!

Therefore, my lucky numbers this week are:

2 4 13 16 27 32

What the Lotto Geek Says:

They say that lightning doesn’t strike twice, but actually it does (although the odds of it happening are astronomical).

I don’t believe in luck, but it seems that I’ve somehow been struck with a bad bunch of it for two weeks in a row. But I’m not worried. Maths and reason will prevail eventually!

I’m sticking to my system. These numbers are overdue – they’ve got to come out sooner or later...
