The Lotto Geek may have experienced a miserable start to 49’s predictions, but he’s certainly turned it around in the last two weeks with back-to-back victories.
The big question is, though, did the Geek managed to reel in the Guru further last week or was order once again restored?
Let’s find out...
Last Week’s 49’s Results & Predictions Round-Up
Despite falling to consecutive defeats, the Lotto Guru remained in confident mood last week – which is understandable considering they remain 15 points ahead of the Geek in the prediction table. So it wasn’t too surprising to see the Guru stick to her celebrity birthday and big sporting event formula, leading her to the numbers 8 – 10 – 15 – 18 – 30 – 43.
But the Geek really has the bit between the teeth now and is desperate to continue closing the gap on the Guru. Again, though, the Geek didn’t want to chance his winning formula of picking the 49’s most overdue numbers, which were 16 – 22 – 29 – 33 – 36 – 44
So, whose predictions were best?
Let’s find out by looking at last week’s 49’s lunchtime results:

This Week’s Lunchtime 49’s Predictions
What the Lotto Guru Says:
Form is temporary, class is permanent.
I don’t know what’s going on – maybe the Geek has hacked the lottery – but, trust me I didn’t get my lead by fluke...
The Tour de France may not have served me well last week, but I’m sure the final week, as we go from stages 15 to 21, will sort me out. Tom Wellens has been looking good so far and is on course to become the first Belgian to wear the Yellow jersey in 43 years.
Of course, there are alo some big birthdays this week, with Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe turning 30 while Mick Jagger celebrates yet another birthday on 26 July.
But, don’t worry, there’s no way my losing streak will run into 4 weeks.
And there are this week’s lucky numbers:
4 15 21 26 30 43What the Lotto Geek Says:
I’m coming for you Guru! Watch out: Geek is gonna get you.
And, by my estimations, I’ll catch you in the next two weeks.
Let’s get straight back into it… this week’s move overdue 49’s numbers for the lunchtime draw are:
