There's no two ways about it: the Lotto Guru absolutely battered the Geek in the first three weeks of their 49’s predictions head-to-head. But surely the Geek will be able to turn it around at some point with their statistical approach, right?

Last Week’s 49’s Results & Predictions Round-Up

To get their numbers last week, the Lotto Guru took inspiration from some celebrity birthdays as well as the Women’s World Cup, leading them to the numbers 2 – 4 – 13 – 16 – 27 – 32.

And, despite a 9-3 drubbing in the previous week, the Lotto Geek opted to stick to the statistical formula based on the most overdue 49’s lunchtime numbers, so they went with: 8 – 14 – 24 – 32 – 41 – 42.

Wow... the results are in, and it was another 9-3 scoreline – if you can believe it or not! But to whom?

Well, after 3 consecutive heavy defeats, the Lotto Geek... is going to have to deal with another! The Lotto Guru triumphs AGAIN!

This is proving to be an absolute annihilation. Not only has the Guru won four out of four rounds, they’ve also got 33 correct predictions right compared to the Geek’s puny 13. This is an absolute landslide.

Tuesday was the luckiest day of all for the Guru, correctly predicting three numbers. Indeed, a bet on those three numbers coming up could have earned you odds of up to 700/1.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah. This is too easy. 9-3 AGAIN.

Geek, dude, how can you still show your face here?

Let’s see if we can make it five-from-five.

As always, there’s a couple of big celebrity birthdays to watch out for as former Spiderman Tobey Maguire turns 44 this week, while pop princess Ariana Grande will reach 26 years of age!

The Women’s World Cup is also reaching the final 8 teams, with England amongst the runners after putting 3 past Cameroon in a feisty affair.

And, of course, the race to become the UK’s next Prime Minister has reached the final 2, although, let’s admit it: it’s a 1-horse race with Boris Johnson facing the other guy.

So, my predictions for lucky numbers this week are:
